Since our production is limited, we enjoy the privilege of being able to give equal importance to selecting the best ingredients and to the creative process. Some of the ingredients chosen for September include Marcona almond and 100% rosemary and orange blossom honey, nuts, cinnamon and chocolate. In November and December, we prepare them with great care so that when they finally arrive at your table there can be no doubt they are freshly made.
For three generations, our work has been dedicated to the creation of ice cream, horchata, turrón and sweets in the town of Xixona. Our story begins with our two grandparents, one paternal and one maternal. The grandfather of the Miquel family came from Alicante, where he made turrón, while the grandfather of the Soler family was employed by businesses in Seville and Xixona as a master turrón maker.
